Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 128(TRA) was before the Senate on reconsideration. Senator Giessel moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on reconsideration be considered the vote on the effective date clause(s). Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House.
